Boutique law firm in Pasadena is seeking a litigation associate with 2+ years of experience handling civil litigation matters to join their practice. You must have at least three years of experience in practice, an active California bar license, and solid litigation skills (i.e. legal research and writing, propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, law & motion practice, preparing for trial, corresponding with clients/opposing counsel/internal memos, preparing for mediations and arbitrations, etc.).
You should be a team-oriented professional who is focused on client results. Reasonable billable expectation, flexible work arrangement available (hybrid/you should be able to commute into Pasadena 2-3 times per week), competitive benefits package, and a supportive management team.
Salary is based on experience; currently budgeted for $130,000 to $185,000 per year.
